Launch, Maintain, and Prosper in the Property Invesment Game with ProsProperty.

Introduction
The Problem
According to a CBS report from 2018, only 48% of millennials believe that buying property is still a good investment, which is a record low. From the struggle to afford property to the lack of knowledge, the majority of people in younger generations have not been properly equipped to venture into real estate. Whether you are looking for a property for yourself and your family to grow, or to make some money, ProsProperty aims to educate users and help find properties to launch, maintain, and prosper in your goals.
The 5 W's
Who?
This web app is made primarily for new, small-scale property buyers who are looking to invest for additional income or financial security, with a primary focus on the younger generation of hopeful investors.
What?
This will be a user-friendly, responsive web app containing a database of available residential properties and land, and comprehensive information on each listing.
When?
Buyers will use this tool when conducting property searches, and making a decision about where to invest. They will also be able to use it to keep up to date with the surrounding areas, properties that might be good additions nearby, and the like to continue building their portfolio.
Where?
Buyers will use this tool at home or on the go. Users can search for properties anywhere, as long as they’re logged in on a device.
Why?
Unseasoned buyers need access to reliable, uncomplicated information about their potential property investments. Buyers get a feel for a place by viewing comprehensive information about the property and its neighborhood before spending time on-site

Style Guide
Responsive Design
ProsProperty began with mobile first design to ensure critical content was streamlined for smaller screens. The screens were then expanded for tablets and desktops while maintaining usability. Each breakpoint has its own grid system. A 4 point grid system was used to maintain consistency throughout each breakpoint design. The biggest adjustments were made to navigation and additional content in different screen sizes to accommodate.

Next Steps
Moving forward, I want to continue enhancing the user experience by adding additional screens and fine-tuning features in ProsProperty. To accomplish this, usability studies will be conducted to help identify potential pain points in ProsProperty that could benefit from further design modifications. The UI will also continue to evolve with user feedback.
